FELTON, CA — Inovonics, Inc has announced the retirement of its popular INOmini 635 FM SiteStreamer Web-enabled receiver after a successful 10-year production run.
The INOmini 635 has been a popular product since its launch in 2015 with nearly 3,000 units sold worldwide.
The final inventory of 635s has already been shipped and will no longer be available for future orders but will continue to be serviced by Inovonics.
Recognizing the continued demand for accurate remote signal monitoring, Inovonics introduced the new replacement INOmini 645 FM SiteStreamer II at NAB 2025 where it received the Best of Show Award from Radio World Magazine.
“Developing the original 635 FM SiteStreamer was an idea inspired by a local Santa Cruz radio engineer Brant Herrett. He had a need to monitor a 10W translator down in a canyon that he could not hear remotely. Sometimes, it would go off the air for days before someone would call to let him know there was an issue.” says Ben Barber, President & CEO of Inovonics.
Since then, the Web-enabled SiteStreamer for remote signal monitoring has become an invaluable tool for radio engineers around the world. “I think it helps engineers sleep better at night.” added Barber.
The new 645 FM SiteStreamer II picks-up where its predecessor left-off with a sensitive SDR-based tuner, improved LCD display, high-quality streaming for multiple remote listeners, improved metering for both off-air and Auxiliary reception, more alarm options, 2 levels of password protection, and much, much more.
The INOmini 645 FM SiteStreamer II is available now and shipping from stock.
