Inovonics promotes Earl Sondreal to Director –Sales & Marketing Americas as well as Mukesh Chaudhary to Director –Sales & Marketing International.

FELTON, CA — Inovonics, Inc has announced the promotion of Earl Sondreal to Director –Sales & Marketing Americas. Earl joined the Inovonics team in 2024 and is now stepping into the role of Director – Americas Sales & Marketing, bringing a vibrant career rooted in audio, music, and technology.

Starting his career path at sixteen in a high-end car stereo shop, Sondreal started off with system design and installation swiftly rising to sales manager, mastering customer engagement and sales strategies. Next, while working as department manager at a music and pro-audio retailer, and as a skilled musician playing keyboard and guitar, Earl built a strong foundation in audio recording, blending creativity with technical prowess.

Earl is active in his local church, enjoys playing music and serving as a sound engineer when not playing keys. With a robust background in technology and a passion for audio innovation, Sondreal is poised to drive Inovonics’s sales and marketing forward, advancing the future of radio broadcast equipment.

Inovonics Inc. has also announced the promotion of Mukesh Chaudhary from Regional Sales Manager- APAC & MEA to Director- Sales & Marketing International, because of his strong professional performance and effective leadership within the company. Chaudhary is recognized for leveraging deep technical and market knowledge, while supporting the expansion and reputation of Inovonics in international and emerging broadcast markets.

Chaudhary, an Electronics & Communication Engineer, holds an MBA in International Business Degree and is an accomplished broadcast and media technology leader. With more than two decades of experience across sales, business development, technical operations, and leadership roles in the international broadcast and media industries, he is known for his customer-centric approach, technical expertise, and effectiveness in building high-performance teams and international business networks.

Based in Delhi, India, Mukesh’s strategic location supports effective outreach to clients and partners across Asia, Middle East, Africa, Europe and beyond.
