Subject: INOmini 635 / 637 Network Unresponsive Issue Updated Repair Policy
In November 2021, Inovonics extended its warranty repair for the INOmini 635 / 637 to 5 years for units purchased before January 2020.
We are now updating our policy for repairs of INOmini 635 / 637 units manufactured before January 2020. Beginning February 1, 2026, INOmini 635 / 637 manufactured before January 2020 will be repaired at the flat rate of $325 USD, which includes all parts and labor.
Freight and any customs fees are not included in the flat rate charge.
For new units, our customers will continue to benefit from our industry-leading 3-year manufacturer warranty.
Inovonics wants to be known for designing and manufacturing the best broadcast equipment in our industry, but when we fall short, we want to be known for the best customer service in our industry!
